When Sheryl is not performing WORD THERAPY as a health copywriter, you might find her:

playing guitar, drinking a big cup of peppermint tea, watching live music, travelling, playing a game, on a long walk with her dog, absorbing the details of someone’s life, singing, cooking and eating delicious and nutritious food,

or maybe…

hanging out with good people, writing a song, watching back to back episodes of an addictive TV show by the fire, dancing at a festival, reading a book, having a picnic, listening to her ipod, or helping others improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.
